TOYOPEARL SuperQ-650C resin is a strong anion exchanger for biomolecule purification. This resin is composed of a base material of hydroxylated methacrylic polymer beads that have been functionalized with quaternary amine (Q) strong anion exchange groups. This resin has a 100 nm pore size and a 100 µm bead size.
TOYOPEARL SuperQ-650C resin is best used for high throughput capture, intermediate purification, and polishing process steps. If greater resolution is needed, the smaller particle size TOYOPEARL SuperQ-650M, TOYOPEARL SuperQ-650S or TSKgel SuperQ-5PW resins may be used. As both the TOYOPEARL SuperQ-650 and TSKgel SuperQ-5PW resins use the same ligand and backbone chemistry, the selectivity between the two resin types will be unchanged.
