TSKgel G2500PW columns are ideally suited for the analysis of water-soluble polymers, such as celluloses, acrylamides, glycols, dextrans, polyvinylalcohol, and oligosaccharides, with molecular weights of less than 3,000 Da. These columns are composed of spherical, hydrophilic polymethacrylate beads.
Stable from pH 2 to 12, TSKgel G2500PW columns can be used in mobile phases of water or buffer (up to 20% methanol/80% aqueous) and can tolerate temperatures up to 80 °C.
