TOYOPEARL DEAE-650C has a 100 nm pore size and a 100 µm bead size and can be used for high throughput capture, intermediate purification, and polishing process steps.
If greater resolution is needed, the smaller particle TOYOPEARL DEAE-650M, TOYOPEARL DEAE-650S, or TSKgel DEAE-5PW resins may be used. As both the TOYOPEARL DEAE-650 and TSKgel DEAE-5PW resins use the same ligand and backbone chemistry, the selectivity between the two resin types will be unchanged.
