The TSKgel G5000PWxl-CP column was specifically developed for the analysis of water-soluble cationic polymers with molecular weights up to 1 × 106 Da. Composed of 10 µm polymethacrylate beads, cationic groups are introduced on the surface of the TSKgel G5000PWxl-CP packing material to prevent adsorption of cationic polymers and allow elution under low salt conditions.
