The TSKgel DNA-NPR column is packed with 2.5 µm, nonporous, high efficiency, hydrophilic polymer beads which are surface modified with a weak anion exchange group. Because this column contains non-porous particles, binding capacity is low compared to porous columns with the same ligand functionality, whereas protein recovery is generally very high.
The TSKgel DNA-NPR column dimensions are optimized for the high efficiency separation of DNA fragments, PCR products, or plasmids.
