TSKgel G5000Hxl

The TSKgel G5000Hxl column is packed with spherical particles composed of polystyrene crosslinked with divinylbenzene (PS-DVB). This column is for the non-aqueous separation of polymers with molecular weights of less than 4 × 10⁶ Da.  The main characteristics of the TSKgel G5000Hxl column are: ultra-low sample adsorption, i.e., the column shows true size exclusion behavior for most polymers, limited solvent range, and a maximum operating temperature of 80 °C.

As the number of solvents that can be exchanged directly with the shipping solvent (THF) of the TSKgel G5000Hxl column is limited, use TSKgel Hhr columns when a broader range of solvents is needed.
