TSKgel G6000PW columns are ideally suited for the analysis of water-soluble polymers, such as celluloses, acrylamides, glycols, dextrans, polyvinylalcohol, and oligosaccharides, with molecular weights of less than 8 × 106 Da.
A TSKgel G6000PW column is available in PEEK column hardware, TSKgel BioAssist G6PW, when ultra-low sample adsorption is required, such as in virus analysis.
Stable from pH 2 to 12, TSKgel G6000PW columns can be used in mobile phases of water or buffer (up to 20% methanol/80% aqueous) and can tolerate temperatures up to 80 °C.
