TSKgel GMHhr-M (S)

The TSKgel GMHhr-M (S) mixed bed column is packed with rigid, multiple pore size, 13 µm polymer beads that are blended to provide an extended linear calibration curve. The issue of shearing that occurs with the analysis of ultra-high molar mass polymers is overcome by the TSKgel GMHhr-M (S) column. The (S) is a reference to this shearing effect.

Mixed bed columns are commonly used for unknown samples and for the analysis of polymers with a broad molecular weight distribution. These columns provide high resolution of polymers with molecular weights of less than 4 × 10⁶ Da. 

The TSKgel GMHhr-M (S) column is shipped in THF, which can be exchanged for a wide variety of organic solvents.
