ST AIA-PACK D-Dimer is designed for in-vitro diagnostic use for the quantitative measurement of D-Dimer in human citrated plasma on TOSOH AIA systems.
Part #: 0025232
Manufacturers:
D-Dimer is a degradation product of cross-linked fibrin split by plasmin, which is used as a marker reflecting secondary fibrinolysis. D-Dimer is used in the differential diagnosis of disease states of primary hyperfibrinolysis and secondary hyperfibrinolysis. The measurement of D-Dimer is especially helpful in the diagnosis and therapeutic follow-up of DIC (disseminated intravascular coagulation) accompanied by secondary hyperfibrinolysis and various thrombosis, and helpful in monitoring of fibrinolytic therapy, etc.
