TOYOPEARL HW-55F resin is a hydroxylated methacrylic polymer for size exclusion chromatography. TOYOPEARL HW-55F resin has a 50 nm pore size and a 45 µm bead size. Surface hydroxyl groups render this resin very hydrophilic, therefore minimal non-specific adsorption occurs, making the TOYOPEARL HW-55F resin useful for protein separations of biomolecules between 1,000 and 700,000 Da in size.
