The TSKgel SuperH5000 column is packed with rigid, porous, polymer beads. It is for the non-aqueous separation of small molecules and oligomers less than 4 × 106 Da. The maximum operating temperature for the TSKgel SuperH5000 column is 140 °C. This column is shipped in THF, which can be exchanged for a wide variety of organic solvents.
This TSKgel SuperH5000 column is a high efficiency/high throughput version of the conventional TSKgel G5000Hhr column. Both column types are based on the same bead chemistry.The volume of the 6 mm ID × 15 cm TSKgel SuperH5000 column is 3.4 times smaller than that of a conventional 7.8 mm ID × 30 cm column. As a result, peak volumes will be proportionally smaller
