The TSKgel QC-PAK 300 column is 15 cm in length with 5 μm particles. This stainless steel column offers the same resolution in half the time as the 30 cm, 5 μm TSKgel G3000SWxl column.
The TSKgel QC-PAK GFC 300 column is an excellent choice for samples of unknown molar mass. Use the TSKgel QC-PAK GFC 300 column to develop the method (scouting) and the TSKgel G3000SWxl column to obtain the highest resolution.
