The Tosoh Bioscience Customer Service Center is located in Grove City, Ohio, where our chromatography products are stocked in a modern warehouse that also contains the inventory for instruments and reagents used by customers from our sister Tosoh Bioscience company located in South San Francisco.

Our Customer Service Center is open from 8:30AM-8:30PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

In Grove City we inventory an extensive line of TSKgel® HPLC columns and SkillPak® process development columns. TOYOPEARL and TSKgel PW bulk resin products are also inventoried at Grove City in quantities suitable for resin screening or early GMP production.

Larger volumes of our process resins are inventoried at the Tosoh Bioscience manufacturing site in Japan. In many cases, larger customer purchases are made to order. Please be sure to contact us in advance to obtain product availability and pricing for our process resins.

Our plant capacity for the process resins is 50,000 L/Yr. If you are a current customer and need to schedule a plant audit, please email our technical support group.
