Two Chromatography Step Monoclonal Antibody Purification Using a Multi-Column Continuous Chromatography Platform
This study demonstrates how a 2-step mAb purification process of Protein A capture followed by cation exchange polishing demonstrates similar monomer recovery and HCP removal as a conventional 3-step method. The use of multi-column chromatography (MCC) with efficient resins results in a reduction in cost and increase in productivity for mAb downstream bioprocessing.
