TSKgel Butyl-NPR is based on a nonporous polymethacrylate base material with uniform 2.5 µm particle size. It is the least hydrophobic among the TSKgel HIC columns and requires a higher salt concentration for binding.

TSKgel Butyl-NPR is the best choice for high speed separations with excellent recovery even for more hydrophobic samples. The non-porous resin requires lower sample loading and leads to faster analysis time. TSKgel Butyl-NPR is particularly popular for the analysis of drug to antibody ratios (DARs) of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
